Hey guys I was in Japan and this performance was happening outside my hotel, but I can't seem to find out the name of the song. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I really want to know the name of this song! Note: The poster behind has no relation to the performance.

When and where exactly was this? Maybe someone can pinpoint the song by pinpointing the event. You don't know the name of the performers, do you?

The thing is that this was over a year ago. Around the start of August and it was outside Park Hotel if that helps.
