Japan Post Insurance Rates?

I want to ship some items overseas with Japan Post by Surface. They have inclusive insurance per box up to value of something around 30,000 yen, but state that if value is more, you need insurance.
But they don't say (a) if they provide the insurance (or I have to do it privately), and (b) they don't list the cost/rates.
Can anyone find this info on their web site? Thanks.

The website also says it varies by country. So you'll either need to use a website calculator or go into an office.
