Send Money from Overseas to JPB Account 2016/11/10 19:38
Hello,

So I opened a bank account a JPB, but to be honest, my japanese is quite bad atm, and i don't think me and the guy understood everything ^^.

I know there is an option for transferring money from japan to my main bank overseas, but my question is, is there a way to transfer money from my overseas bank account to my JPB account?

Actually I have the little "book" for the balance check and a debit card, but nothing that look usefull enough for a overseas transfer, is the option available?

thanks !

Quick Update:

In the passbook of the bank, there is at the first page this :

kigo 記号
account number 番号

Also, I found this page :

http://www.jp-bank.japanpost.jp/en/djp/en_djp_index.html

If I basically give this to my French bank :

Beneficiary Bank : Japan Post Bank
Branch : Head Office
Beneficiary Bank Address : 3-2, Kasumigaseki 1-chome, Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo 100-8798, Japan
Beneficiary Bank BIC (SWIFT Code) : JPPSJPJ1
Beneficiary Bank CHIPS UID : 427593
Kigo : ***********
Account number : ************
Name of Payee Account Holder : ************
Payee Address : ************
Payee Telephone Number : ************

And knowing that my french bank said i could have a free of charge permanent money transfer on an internationnal account, Do you thinks it is okay?
