Arima to Kobe-Sanda Outlet Bus missing?

Hello, I've read from https://wow-j.com/en/Allguides/osaka/shopping/00110_en/ that Arima-onsen to Kobe-Sanda outlet is 30 minutes bus ride. Base on bus map http://www.shinkibus.co.jp/rsn/pdf/sanda2016.pdf Shinki Bus 69 exists. However I wasn't able to find any other supporting information. Google Maps doesn't show this route, jorudan doesn't show it. I couldn't even find the fare, timetable nor the duration of the ride. Anyone else have any ideas? I want to be sure there exist a bus I can go from Arima-onsen to Kobe-Sanda outlet. Thanks.

One bus per day on weekends only, departure from Arima Onsen 10:10, and back 15:09. About 50 minutes, 560 yen.
