Status to enrolment in Japan

I have a question about completing this form for my future career in Japan but the thing is I want to enroll to a school in Japan, in one of the Enrolment sheet, I saw there is a space for both "High school student" and "society".

I want to make sure what is my status if I have graduated from High School and just enroll to the school i want, am I still claimed to be a High school. Plus if I haven't got a job to work after school, am I counted as a society or High schooler?

Is that a form provided by the school you are trying to sign up with? Probably you need to ask the school. As far as I can guess, they might be asking if you are straight out of high school or someone who is a working adult.
