How can I unlock the Iphone?

I got an Iphone from Japan and is registered to a carrier NTT DoCoMo . I called Iphone about it so that I can access to the networks here in the Philippines and he said that I should contact the carrier about this concern. Can you help me unlock the Iphone which is locked by this carrier?

Can not you change your operator on other? You may try changing network operator. I don't have no better idea.

Hello Hamaica! I got my iPhone5 "unlocked" at the ground floor of SM Manila. I bought an xSIM from one of the cellphone repair shops there for 1,000pesos. Just ask around!
