Hi, I read about Kochi. Is December next few weeks or anytime in January good time visit Kochi? No snow, i hope. Should I come to Tokyo and connect to Kochi? Thank you, harmony from Singapore.

No best season just warmer than falling snow areas.
No big events on the year calender of fes.
