Windproof winter clothing in February 2016/12/16 20:31
I will be in Tokyo next year on the last week of February. I was wondering if something like a Columbia Interchange 3-in-1 won't be out of place since it rarely snows there. Although I've been in Japan in early spring I'm not sure my usual uniqlo parka will cut it. It's warm but when it's windy the cold just passes through it. I want something wind-proof/water-proof and I prefer not to layer since it will be hot inside buildings anyway. From my research I've come to like the idea of 3-in-1s and because I've also seen these locally (can do some fitting before I buy).
