How to write a letter to a manga author?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to send fan mail to my favorite manga authors from abroad...i may or may not be somewhere in Pakistan.
I wanted to send a letter to Yana Toboso, the author of Kuroshitsuji(a.k.a Black Butler) and Jun Mochizuki, the author of Pandora hearts. I also want to send a letter to the author of Snow White with the red hair , Kamisama Hajimemashita, and Special A.
Also can i send the fan letter through email? If so how?
I'd really appreciate any kind of help and if you're reading this question than thank you for your patience.
