Buying Books on Puboo

I'm trying to get hold of easy, entry-level Japanese books to read, preferably with few kanji in them. This site called Puboo (http://p.booklog.jp/) seems to have a lot of good options, plus they sell ebooks, so I'd save time and money on shipping. However, I'm having trouble with the purchases. As far as I can make out with Google translator's help, they don't accept non-Japanese credit cards. I read somewhere else in the site they accept Paypal, but can't see that option anywere when trying to purchase.

Anyone familiar with this site could help me out?

honto also accepts orders from foreign countries, although I don't know about credit card.
