Hi Bewz,
I recommend this store, 'Japan Percussion Center'.
It sells not only Snare, but many kind of Snares.
Direction From Tokyo Station:
・Ride Yamanote-line(JR) , go to Kanada Station
・And then Ride Ginza-line(Tokyo metro), go to Taharamachi station
From EXIT3, go straight 1 minute.
