Hello!
I have tickets for a Concert at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall and would like to know if there is a certain dress code to assist. I mean, can I use nike shoes? Should I go with Jacket?

There's no dress code per concert venue. But you might want to look appropriate for the specific concert. That said, lots of people attend operas and symphony concerts in sneakers, and others attend them in high heels or nice jackets and ties. In fact, anything goes.
