Takkyubin to non-hotel?

Hi there,
I will have to send my luggage through takkyubin (spelling) since I cannot bring it on my transport. However, I will stay in a hostel and they do not accept to have luggage sent to them...
Is there any other option where to send it? Convenience store perhaps? Or do they have any office of their own where I can send it?

Send it to hostel, but delay the delivery until you will be there to accept it. They have two-hour windows you can choose for delivery, starting at noon. I had sent mine to an apartment, scheduled for noon-2pm delivery, and the guy brought my suitcases at around 1pm, right to the door on the 6th floor.
