Sapporo - chitose airport to utoro

Hi,

I understood there's same question for Sapporo to Utoro, but I want to have an update one. Planning to fly from Tokyo to Sapporo arrive 9.50am on 19th April, could anyone assist with continue trip from JR at Chitose to Utoro on the same day, with detail schedule with the time table?

On the same day is possible if no big section/trains troubles.
