Getting a premium edition note book

During my visit to Japan in October, I intend to purchase a Panasonic Letsnote RZ series note book from the premium edition range, is it possible to get this from any store and not order online, if a store can take orders, how long will it take.
Does the Panasonic Center in Odaiba take orders, or can you buy them off the shelves.

Panasonic Center in Odaiba is a showroom for technology and not a retail store. You would have to go to places like Yodobashi, BIC Camera or other retailers for electronics.

I actually though that the panasonic center will have a counter for specail orders.
Do you know if those store you mention will provide made to order premium edition lets note note book.
