hi! I am a half Japanese and half Filipino, I am already 20 years old now, I grew up here in Philippines. I was born in Tokyo japan. i want to ask if how long it takes before you get in a koseki tohon? and what we needed requirements for me so my father can register me as his daughter? thank you so much i hope someone will answer to this :)
