affordable dental implants in Tokyo

Hello. I ran a quick search and found nothing about my question.

So as the title says, I'll soon need implants for 3 missing teeth. The options I've found online are somewhat expensive (70~90–œ for 3 implants), so I wanted to ask here if someone can recommend a good and more affordable place in the Tokyo/Kanagawa area. Or is that price normal here? Should I give up looking for something less costly?

Someone suggested me to travel to thailand and do it for half the price, but sounds too risky....
