Lake Akan to Obihiro Public Transport

Hi, May I know what are the buses that goes from Lake Akan or Lake Kussharo to Obihiro/Lake Shikaribetsu? Base on my research, the bus cost about 2700 one way, and the bus leaves Lake Akan at 9am, while I am looking for one that departs late in the afternoon, around after 5pm. Any options for that?

Departures from Obihiro Station to Shikaribetsu Kohan Onsen:
07:52, 11:00, 13:40, 16:30
In the opposite direction:
10:00, 13:10, 16:10, 18:25(not operating in Saturdays and holidays)

If you look at this http://www.easthokkaido.com/english/bus_announce/pdf/bus_announce.pdf, on page 6 those are the best connections you got which are obviously not helpful given your preferred time.
