Private car sales documents?

Am I correct in thinking that the following are the only documents that I as the seller need to take care of? Did I miss anything? I'm selling my car to a friend in a different city.

A valid Motor Vehicle Inspection Certificate (jidosha-kensa-sho Ž©“®ŽÔŒŸ�¸�Ø)
Note: Is this the shakken??


Inkans and Inkan Registration Certificates (inkan-shomesho ˆóŠÓ�Ø–¾�‘) issued within the last 3 months


Compulsory Liability Insurance Certificate (jidosha songai baisho sekinin hoken shomeisho Ž©“®ŽÔ‘¹ŠQ”…�ž�Ó”C•ÛŒ¯�Ø–¾�‘).

but calling shorter only "ŽÔŒŸ�Ø shaken-sho" usual.
ŽÔŒŸ : shaken = Motor Vehicle Inspection

Also calling ˆóŠÓ�Ø–¾�‘ and Ž©“®ŽÔ‘¹ŠQ”…�ž�Ó”C•ÛŒ¯�Ø–¾�‘ is a bit/too long
so calling shorter "ˆóŠÓ�Ø–¾ inkan-shoumei" and "Ž©”…�Ó ji-bai-seki" usual.
