Private car sales documents? 2017/2/9 09:48
Am I correct in thinking that the following are the only documents that I as the seller need to take care of? Did I miss anything? I'm selling my car to a friend in a different city.

A valid Motor Vehicle Inspection Certificate (jidosha-kensa-sho Ž©“®ŽÔŒŸ¸Ø)
Note: Is this the shakken??

Inkans and Inkan Registration Certificates (inkan-shomesho ˆóŠÓØ–¾‘) issued within the last 3 months

Compulsory Liability Insurance Certificate (jidosha songai baisho sekinin hoken shomeisho Ž©“®ŽÔ‘¹ŠQ”…žÓ”C•ÛŒ¯Ø–¾‘).
Note: Is this something that comes along with the shakken documents?

Open.

Then read about how to.
https://www.kurunavi.jp/meihen/
White number plate(license plate) is •’ÊŽÔ/futuu-sha
Yellow is ŒyFkei 660cc smaller one maybe already know

jidosha-kensa-sho Ž©“®ŽÔ+ŒŸ¸+Ø is correct
but calling shorter only "ŽÔŒŸØ shaken-sho" usual.
ŽÔŒŸ : shaken = Motor Vehicle Inspection

Also calling ˆóŠÓØ–¾‘ and Ž©“®ŽÔ‘¹ŠQ”…žÓ”C•ÛŒ¯Ø–¾‘ is a bit/too long
so calling shorter "ˆóŠÓØ–¾ inkan-shoumei" and "Ž©”…Ó ji-bai-seki" usual.

But don't know well about "Y Number(A,E,too)" car how to.

Y Number is nick of Ý“ú•ÄŒR/zainich-beigun : United States Forces Japan/USFJ cars.
