That is a frustrating one. I haven't heard it before, but it feels like if I could just make out a few more words we'd have it.
Pretty sure the lyrics are English. I hear "don't make me" and "wishing I" very clear in the refrain.
It is entirely possible this song doesn't exist elsewhere though.
