Where can I buy Aloe plant?

Hello everyone. I am in need of Aloe Plant that I use for my skin rashes. I prefer the leaf instead of creams. Sometimes during the hotter and colder weather I experience a rash on my skin and Aloe has always helped. I see it's slowly coming back for the first time since I am in Japan and it's not pleasant to look at. I'd appreciate any help.
