Hi, I wold like to buy a rice cooker in Tokyo. Does anyone have recommendation on a specific brand/model? In addition, can you please recommend me on a specific electric shop in tokyo with reasonable prices?

Akiba is the best for foreigners. As for brand, any, but be reminded 'voltage' and 'plug'. You should chose one, which comfort fits in your country. Some unkind shop assistants say 'oh, it's ok, no problem', just to persuade you to buy, but I know some who wasted money as the product was not working in their country.
