That thread focus on whole of Japan, even I we say it's available now/available in which store, it could change in the next minutes, if you read the thread, within minutes or hours the results are different, you just have to be lucky, whether you pop into a store and they have it available or lucky in a random draw.

You can buy Nintendo Switch in Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, Labi, Toys R Us, and many other electronic stores. No one will ever be able to tell you the availability of the item 2 weeks ahead of time when they sell out an hour after 20 are put out for sale. When you get to wherever it is you'll be, go to all those places and be like the rest of those posting minute-by-minute status of availability. The other thread is for all of you looking for the Switch.
