Best way to find an assistant in Japan?

I'm a photographer and will be visiting Japan for fashion photo shoots. I would like to have an assistant there to help me find a suitable rental, transportation, translation, logistics, etc. What would be the best place to advertise and find an assistant? Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Reach out to some of the photographers in Japan, no doubt they work with part-time assistants and can bring you into contact.
