Acne from heat and humidity at work, advice? 2017/7/16 10:16
How do you deal with the heat and humidity at work?

I work in public school, no AC, very strict dress code even for "cool biz."
I wear extremely light fabric, but running around with 40 crazy kids all day...
My clothes get soaked after just one period.
I'm getting acne on my back from the heat, humidity, and sweat.

Some of the other teachers change half way through the day.
I would rather not since it would mean more laundry.

Any advice?

Yes, the heat AND the humidity can be tough... I guess if your clothing gets drenched with sweat, then all you can do is change once mid-day like your colleagues do. Or at least wipe your upper body with a towel drenched in cool water and wrung, then use some talcum powder?
