Instead of JG andHelloTalk

Greetings!
I used to make friends on this website but now since the ads are down, I thought about asking you guys here if you know any free website or app where I can find Japanese teenagers and such(! (Because I'm a teenager)
I tried to use HelloTalk but the number of the people there is just decreasing for some reason. I mean, it just feels gloomy to me because a lot of users stop using it couple of days after signing up because maybe they didn't have any friend requests. Or maybe only teenagers on that app are decreasing but yeah.
By the way, I'm not a native English speaker. That might be the case.
Moreover, adding some Japanese people randomly on FB, IG or Twitter isn't for me. Because I just don't know how to do that and I'm not that kind of social person haha!
