a 4 year old Chaumet diamond engagement ring + 2 wedding bands? Those "pawnshops" that sell end hand items?

And how much do you think I will get in cash? The chaumet ring originally cost around 675,000JPY and the 2 bands around 100,000JPY

You can sell them at a shichiya 質屋.
How much you will get I've no clue, they have a set rate for stuff like those, but if you don't like the money they're offering you can always take them to other shichiya and see what they'll offer.

It would be RELEVANT to include a location of residence. Otherwise someone might suggest a place 1000km from you.

This webpage deals with this issue and it says there is 23 times difference. I am not a specialist and I don't know where you should go, but keep in mind it depends on the shop even within Tokyo.
