Budget/Cheap Japanese Language Schools?

I'm looking for a Budget/Cheap Japanese Language School, the duration I would like to stay there is for 2+ months, could you please recommend me some?

Requirements
1 Accepting students 15+
2 Not be in the countryside, so cities like (Fukuoka, Sapporo, Tokyo, Sendai, etc) are acceptable, it does not matter if they are in southern, central or northen Japan.
3 Provide Accomodation (Or if you know of any cheapter alternatives, for students 15+, please include that)
4 Accepting Beginner/No Knowledge of Japanese other than Hiragana.
5 Be below 600,000 yen

This is not a personal recommendation, but Kudan Institute seems to have courses that might fulfill your needs. You need to take the total beginner course (Hiragana Katakana course) for 4 weeks, then intensive course for 10 weeks. They refer you to home stay programs well. The total seems to fit under your budget.
