No, their stores only in Osaka. http://www.rikuro.co.jp/shoplist/But they also providing "delivery service" for out of Osaka. You can receive at Nagoya(hotel or), call ASAP. http://www.rikuro.co.jp/delivery/ (Use Google translate.) (no ordering web form and e-mail, 0120 phone number means free dial.) However, don't know the store staff receiving the phone can speak English well or not.
