From KIX to Ikuseien-mae (Miyama) by bus

Can you give me a best way of transfer from Kansai Airport to Ikuseien-mae (Miyama) full way by Bus?
Which one is better? How about bus fee?

Option 1:
Kansai Airport - Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi = Yen 2,550
Kyoto station - Sonobe Station
Sonobe Station - Wachi Station
Wachi Station - Ikuseien-mae

Option 2:
Kansai Airport - Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi = Yen 2,550
JR Kyoto–Wachi (\970)
From Wachi Sta. to Ikuseien-mae by Nantan City Bus bound for Izumi. (\300)

Or other suggestion?

Why bus? Many rail passes available that will make it cheaper, especially if you go back to Kyoto city/Osaka later (e.g., 1-day Kansai Area Pass, or just Icoca & Haruka for a one-way).

By the way, your two "options" are exactly the same thing, since Sonobe is between Kyoto and Wachi.

I am not 100% confident, but I think the following bus timetable should be Wachi to Miyama-Ikuseien.

Miyama-Ikuseien should be between ‘ε–μƒ_ƒ€ and ˜aςi”όpŠΩEŽ‘—ΏŠΩ•t‹ίjwhile JR Wachi station is ˜a’m.

For weekdays, there seems to be only 4 services, starting Wachi at 8:00, 13:33, 16:33 and 18:11.

I arrive KIX airport at 12:10 (Thurday, 16 Nov 2017), then moving from KIX to Kyoto, then from Kyoto to Miyama (Ikuseien-Mae). I spend 01 day in Miyama and back to Kyoto on 17 Nov (Friday night).
I stay in Kyoto for 05 days and in Osaka for 02 days.

Kansai Airport - Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi (Yen 2,550)
Kyoto – Wachi (Yen 970)
Wachi Sta. to Ikuseien-mae by Nantan City Bus bound for Izumi. (Yen 300)

How about the way return from Miyama to Kyoto?
ICOCA & HARUKA is cheaper than Bus?

Icoca & Haruka costs 1600 for KIX to Saga-Arashiyama, then you need to pay an additional 840 for Saga-Arashiyama to Wachi.
