Buying Yamanote line coin bank or keychains 2017/9/24 23:10
These used to be available in Tokyo Hands, I haven't been to Tokyo for a while now. Does anyone know if these are still available? Thanks!

I'm not sure about Tokyu Hands, but a few years ago I got an Ueno Station Yamanote Line Key Chain at Yamashiroya in Ueno, and they had a pretty decent selection at the time. If you have time for a short day trip from Tokyo, the Train Museum in Oomiya should have some as well.

You can also find them online at Amazon Japan, but they won't ship them outside the country so you'd have to order them to be delivered locally while you were there.
