There`s no direct-sales Asics Running Store in Kyoto (only Asics Walking)

However you can find Asics and other major brands in shoe store chains such as ABC mart.
You can search on google maps "abc mart kyoto" and see which one is convenient.

If you are willing to take the train out to Osaka, there is an Asics store. Looks like about 30 minutes from Kyoto station to Osaka station, if you take the JR Kyoto Line Rapid
