Kobe pass if coming from Osaka

Could you tell me which train pass would be good if we are planning to go to kobe from Osaka (Shinsaibashi area). Should I just use an icoca card or get the hankyu pass? At kobe - we are going to herb garden, china town, harborland, ucc coffee, trick art, daiso, seria, and animal kingdom. In kobe, which pass would be good? Kobe city loop or kobe city bus and subway 1 day pass. Please help.

The are plenty of passes than include Kobe. But they also include travel elsewhere, so you need to provide that information.

Otherwise, if it is just for one day. Use said IC card to access Kobe, then get that daily pass to move around Kobe.
