How long before book acommodation for Nebuta?

How long can you book in advance accomodation for Nebuta matsuri? I tried to book now and only in Rakuten Travel I can search something. How about Toyoko Inn, I can't find anything neither in AOmori, Hirosaki or Hachinohe.

As soon as a hotel allows (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc., depending on the hotel). As for Toyoko Inn, if you are not a member you can forget booking for Nebuta Festival. Because they allow members to book 6 months in advance, and non-members can book only 3 months ahead. It is one of the most popular festivals in Japan, so you better reserve ASAP.
