Please excuse my ignorance, but what is a "luggage blogger one"? Is it some brand? or a typo?
i.e. are you simply looking for a place where to buy a new suitcase?

"Bigger" one, perhaps? In Osaka, I strolled past a Laox store (a duty free shop) in Nankai Namba area (there are 3 other branches nearby) and noticed a big sale on luggage (the kind with 4 wheels, various sizes). The prices were so good I almost bought one, even though I did not need one. http://www.laox.co.jp/en/
