ともさんのお返事を待っています。I am/will be waiting for your (Tomo-san's) reply.
ともさんのお返事をお待ちします。I await your (Tomo-san's) reply. - Sounds a bit more formal.

For "reply," you can say "返事", with "お" added to be polite, thus you can say "お返事." If you are writing via e-mail, you don't have to mention "e-mail."
