Midnight bus from Haneda airport to Kyoto? 2017/11/6 16:03
We will be arriving at Haneda airport on 27th Jan 2017 10.30p.m. Is it possible to us to go to Kyoto by bus? Is there any route suggestion? We prefer not using Shinkansen because quite expensive. So we decide to take Willer bus. Can advise us?

Suggest you look at the Willer Bus website. There is a English version.

The same access is impossible, already ended the service provided.
The other possible suggestion is,
Tokyo sta Yaesu Exit(23:50, or 24:20) - Osaka Namba(8:10 or 8:40).
Osaka Namba - Kyoto sta is not a good transport access unless you are a frequent traveler of this route(takes 60-70 mins with luggage).

There are 2 Willer buses leaving from Shinjuku around midnight (00:15 and 00:40). However, it is a minimum of 50 minutes from Haneda to Shinjuku, plus time to transfer to the bus terminal. If you are arriving from overseas and have to go through immigration and customs, it would take a short line and a lot of luck to land at 22:30 and make a bus in Shinjuku in 2 hours or less. And if you miss the bus, you will end up having to book a last-minute room near Shinjuku, which will likely not be cheap.

I would suggest staying at a hotel near Shinagawa and using the bullet train first thing in the morning. If you want to save a little money, you can get pre-book discounts on the slowest Kodama trains here: http://www.jrtours.co.jp/kodama/en/
