Luggage forward service in Alpine Route

Hey guys,
I'm planing to visit the Alpine Route next April from Nagano to Toyama. I found that the only way I can forward my luggage to Toyama is via Yamato at Yamato Transport Midori Nagano Station Building Center. Is it in Nagano station? And the service starts at 9am. Is 9 am too late for my Alpine Route trip?
Any suggestions?. Thanks!

How about leaving your luggage at Shinano Omachi Station from 8am and collecting it at Tateyama Station by 5.30pm?
