Ski Resort near Nagoya or Kyoto

Hi,

I'm looking for a ski resort near Nagoya or Kyoto/Osaka that have the following:

1. Easy accessible by public transportation (train or bus).

2. Ski resort its friendly for kids and elders. Where in they have cafes, other areas for their activities

3. Decent snow.

4. Preferably with English instructor but not a must.

5. Nice view for skiers.

So far ive came about biwako for kyoto but as for nagoya i believe there's alot like meiho and takasu but i have no information how to get to those resort.

I find it too time consuming and costly to go to ski resorts at Nagano for a day or 2 ski.

There are a few small resorts near Kyoto, but they do not have large vertical or snow totals.

The best skiing and snow is farther north into the mountains. I would not expect English services at the smaller resorts like these, though. You'd want to be at the kind of resorts near Tokyo that would be large tourist destination types and have English websites.
