I've been an ALT for years now and am looking to move to another company. I have some that my friends currently work for and love. However, NPO GLAD just came up on my radar. The ads made it sound like a really good deal, but then I saw the reviews on Glassdoor. The reviews claim that NPO GLAD is not really a "non profit organization." It's actually "for profit" and the way they operate in Japan is illegal, which is why they lose so many BoE contracts and fire so many ALTs. Those are the ONLY reviews I found. If that's the case, how can they still be in operation? Should I steer clear of this company?
