Cook it yourself takoyaki

Where can I find a restaurant that allows you to make your own takoyaki in Osaka?

I've never heard of such a restaurant.

I don't think there is such thing, may be you are referring to Okonomiyaki, Japanese style pancake with mixed veg, meat or noodles, depends on what type you order, these you can make your own.

That type restaurants are called "Self Takoyaki(ƒZƒ‹ƒt‚½‚±�Ä‚«)",
there are not so many but some exist even in out of Osaka.
