KFC dont do all you can eat.
In google maps, type in "KFC Tokyo" and you'll easily find all the restaurants in Tokyo.

After a quick google. It turns out they have in the past and may in the present. But the info is dodgy on the later. Sorry I cannot help on that matter. But locating the restaurants info still stands.

In case you are from Taiwan. Be aware that Japanese KFC tastes differently ( and according to all my Taiwanese friends: worse) than in Taiwan. So you might be up for a disappointment.
Enjoy your trip to Japan!

KFC in the past do have all you can eat, but it's not off the menu items, i will try to find the information, and as the poster aboves state, KFC in different countries do taste differently, I like KFC in the UK, whiles KFC in Hong Kong is crap, chickens pieces in tourist area or expensive built up area gets bigger pieces whiles other places are slightly smaller in size, and some times they are over cooked, it seems like HK does not follow the KFC procedures in the cooking the items.
Anyway on topic, I will try to find it later on and post back.

I have seen an all-you-can-eat held at an KFC in my neighborhood (in Tokyo), but only on a specific date, and you needed to book in advance for that.

KFC All you can eat I do not know where in Tokyo you can still find such KFC ; and I am not sure where you are from. However, be prepared to taste a completely different KFC. We tried once last year, and was very surprised to learn as if the "11 herbs and spices" were taken out for Japanese market.
