helo, i'm ready read use kansai thru pass can cover train to kintetsu nara by kintetsu railway but i'm compues when i'm read
'Additional charge when in designated seat in these railway companies', its mean i need buy extra money to use kintetsu railway to kintetsu park??

The above is difficult to understand without the context it is written in!
In any case: the Kansai Thru Pass will cover all Kintetsu trains in the coverage area, except the "limited express" trains. For limited express trains, you have to pay a supplement.

Pass does not cover reserved seats. So extra will need to be paid if using a reserved seat.

Incidentally, reserved seats are only available on limited express trains.
