Does GoGonihon assist Indian students?

Hello. I'm from India. I wanted to study in Japan and many sites have recommended GoGonihon. So i mailed them about 1 year course and it's been over a week i haven't received any reply. I read few reviews saying that it takes few days for them to sent reply mails back but just wanted to make sure whether if GoGonihon helps Indian students for studying in Japan because i read in their website that they cannot assist those from countries that are not included in Japan's MOFA list
Would really appreciate any answers regarding this.

I don't know about the company but it is likely that if they are in Japan they are closed for New Year's Holidays (from 29-30 Dec to 3 or even to 8 Jan) so just give them a bit of time.
