Where to buy snow/winter boots in Sapporo?

Hi everyone, I'll be heading to Hokkaido in a few days, and will be staying in Sapporo. Are there any recommended shops for me to get snow/winter boots over there? Also, how are the prices like?
I'm deliberating if I should purchase a pair of Timberland waterproof boots but they are a little bit on the expensive side.
