Universities that accept transfer admission?

Hello! I am Ali Abdullah from Pakistan. I need information regarding transferring admission to Japan.
Currently, I am doing BS ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING from Information Technology University, Lahore, Pakistan. Till now, I have completed my 5th semester of engineering and have earned 90 credit hours.
I want to complete my remaining electrical engineering study in a Japanese University in English medium as I am going to migrate to Japan...
If a certain university do not have a department of Electrical Engineering, I can study in their other departments too i.e which ever is applicable for me. This means that I will earn the remaining credit hours from that certain university and by the addition of my previous earned 90 credit hours, I shall get the degree from that university.
Please guide me about the universities that can transfer my admission ?
