Fukuoka Tower to INTL Terminal bus/taxi?

Hi there,
I will be staying with my friend who is living near Fukuoka Tower area while staying in Fukuoka. However. I have a flight leaving from the INTL terminal at 10 AM in the morning.
There is a subway train leaving from Nishijin arriving Fukuoka Airport and then change to free shuttle bus, but I was thinking if there are any buses from Fukuoka Tower area to the airport (as Nishijin is quite far from the tower area).
Or what could a taxi cost all the way to the airport? I think it is about 10 km or something according to Google maps... Not sure what taxi cost in Japan...

You may Buy Nishitetsu Bus 1 Day pass=900‰~,cover Fukuoka Airport International Terminal to Fukuoka Tower Minamiguchi ,Hakata,Tenjin and a wider area inside Fukuoka prefecture,unlimited travel For1 Day .
Last time I bought Fukuoka subway 2 Day pass=720‰~,is really worth to buy.
