COE for Internship Visa Process Time?

Hello..
Any one can suggest me, how long does it take to arrive COE of Internship Visa??
It was applied on 27th october 2017 by my company in Tokyo..
Its going to be 3 months now.. I am waiting and waiting..
I am afraid of rejecting now
Do any one have same problem??

Yes, Still with in normal time frames but i am worried about being reject..

Time will tell.
Everyone goes through the same process and everyone just have to wait.
There are many posts about this subject, and always the same answer.
it will take as long as it needs concerning the immigration
