LAOX Main store in Akihabara sells electrical goods with the 220v-240v. Whether they have Bruno toaster grill I have no idea. I have bought Hitachi breadmaker and a rice cooker with the same voltage, 220-240v. However I have to add a three pin plug to their two pin plug for my country. They are tax free if you take your passport. They also have another branch in Narita village. As for price savings I have no idea. Somehow I would have thought your country offered things cheaper.
