How to watch Golf on TV in Japan?

Hi there,
I am currently conducting some research on the golf industry in Japan.
As part of this research, i am looking to study what options (channels, subscription services etc) are available to watch International golf tournaments such as the PGA Tour and European Tour when in Japan?
What language the channels provide coverage in is not an issue.

I use golf.tv which is the international version of PGA Tour Live. Streaming is perfect, all tournaments with US announcers and coverage, and on demand (can watch it anytime you want not just when it is streaming live). 12,500 yen a year.
